Our CKD service is a virtual clinic providing clinical management plans. If requested by the consultants, it might lead to face-to-face appointments. Through this service, we aim to provide rapid and local support for those patients who are not at the end stage of renal failure. Our clinics run every month, and face-to-face appointments are arranged in an agreed local setting.
