At South Doc Services, we offer dedicated support for care homes. We work with around 30 care homes with 850 residents to provide them with all the primary care support they need. This includes responses to acute requests on the day as well as chronic disease management, regular ward rounds, drug monitoring, medicine reviews and repeat prescriptions. We provide a full range of general medical services and vaccinations. The service is led by GPs and nurses, including Nurse Practitioners and is supported by pharmacists, healthcare assistants and an experienced administration team.
